We are looking for:
A motivated and dynamic Account Executive & Customer Success to join our team at Moveshelf. In this role you will be the interface and point of contact for our customers and prospects and be responsible for co-developing and executing business and sales strategies. More specifically, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers and other key stakeholders and partners
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and closing deals with large healthcare enterprises
- Co-defining and executing our marketing and communication efforts
- Cross-functionally collaborating with the rest of the team, providing inputs and hands-on support to product management and engineering
Our requirements:
- Relevant background on (or willingness to deep dive into) Movement Science, Technical Medicine, Biomechanics or Biomedical Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer success of high-tech products in relevant markets and regions
- Familiarity with (or willingness to deep dive into) healthcare organizations, and their purchasing processes
- Eagerness to learn
